Overview
SG、SGR series pipeline centrifugal pumps,designed and manufactured according to IEC&JB/T6878 standards.They are centrifugal booster pumps,can work well when the pipeline pressure is very low.
Main applications
For the transport of clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water.Applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage,high building booster water,garden sprinkler,fire booster,long distance transmission,HVAC refrigeration cycle,the bathroom,warm and cold circulation pressure and other equipment..
SG common type is suitable for high building water supply,garden irrigation,cooling tower,long distance water transmission,cooling,washing,bathroom,and other hot&cold water cycle.The environment temperature is no more than 80℃;
1.SGR hot water type is suitable for pressurized hot water cycle with heating and boiler industry.The water temperature below 120
2.SGR hot water type for high temperature pressurized hot water cycle heating, boiler industry using a temperature below 120℃.
Pump features
1.Advanced mechanical seal and impeller is directly installed into motor shaft.The pump
is high efficient,energy saving,compact structure,small size,less weight.convenient installation and maintenance.
2.Pumps can be used for operation in parallel or in series.
3.Pump mainly includes pump body,mechanical seal and motor(single phase motor or three phase motor).The pump rotor shaft is high quality carbon steel material and with corrosion treatment which makes the shaft with more reliable mechanical strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.also make it more easy to take apart the impeller and maintenance.”O”type sealing rings are placed to each fixed rabbets of pump to prevent leakage.
Working conditionsv
1 The pump system working pressure is equal to or less than 1.6Mpa.Please confirm the pump system working pressure before purchase.Especially when the pump system working pressure is larger than 1.6Mpa,manufacturer need to use casting steel materials for the flow part and connecting part.
2 The environment temperature should be below 40℃, the relative temperature below 95℃,and the altitude no more than 1000 meters above sea level.
3 water quality for water, no fiber or solid particles, the hot water is soft water.
4 The power supply voltage fluctuations no more than ±10% of rated working volt during the pump operation period.
