Pump overview

BZ type self-priming clean water pump is a new generation pump which is designed and produced according to the pump standard and our experience of of past years production.These pumps’ pipelines do not need to install the valve.Pumps can directly start to work just with quantitative storing liquid inside the pump.no need to add new more liquid.This type pumps simplifying the pump piping system and improve the labor conditions heavily.

Main applications

BZ type self-priming clean water pump is used for transfer clean water and other liquid similar to clean water. This pump is fitted with a radial head. Spray the water into air,and then scattered into small raindrops or spray.is good tool for farm,nursery,and tea garden.

Pump features

1.Advanced mechanical seal and impeller is directly installed into motor shaft.The pump

is high efficient,energy saving,compact structure,small size,less weight.convenient installation and maintenance.

2.Pumps can be used for operation in parallel or in series. 

3.Pump mainly includes pump body,mechanical seal and motor(single phase motor or three phase motor).The pump rotor shaft is high quality carbon steel material and with corrosion treatment which makes the shaft with more reliable mechanical strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.also make it more easy to take apart the impeller and maintenance.”O”type sealing rings are placed to each fixed rabbets of pump to prevent leakage.

Working conditions

1.Rated working pressure range：0.6MPa when the head is no more than 50m. 1MPa when the head is more than 50m. 

2.The ambient temperature less than 40℃. The medium liquid temperature less than 60℃. The relative temperature less than 95℃.The altitude does not exceed1000m.

3.The solid particles are no more than 0.1% of the medium liquid.and the diameter of solid particles no more than 0.2mm.
